Message	Re-read Greg's post and you'll find that for a given pressure, bigger turbos (well, more efficient turbos) move more air since this air is colder (and so more dense : PV = N*R*T). What Greg said is that you can't run more boost with bigger turbos than with smaller ones, but you will get more power from the bigger ones since they move more air at the same pressure.
